Terms and Conditions

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed when an order is placed. As required by FDA and Health Canada, products may only be purchased by dental practitioners, academic institutions, and research facilities who are registered with an accredited institution in Canada or the United States, such as California Dental Association or College of Dental Surgeons BC. Users must register with the site to make a purchase. Registration information will be verified by us prior to shipping. In the case that more information is required to approve registration, we will follow up with the member directly.

 

SHIPPING

Most orders are packed and shipped within two business days of order receipt. Orders ship by Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, UPS or local courier. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Carefully check the shipping container and invoice to verify that you have received what you ordered. If there is any damage in transit or any shortage to the order, please advise us within two business days of receipt of the goods via email to info@roguesg.com.

 

CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If you cancel your order after the product has shipped, please see the RETURNS policy. If we are unable to ship an order, the payment will be refunded.

RETURNS

Please email us if you need to return product at info@roguesg.com. All items must be in new re-saleable condition (i.e.: original package, unmarked, and unbroken seals). A restocking charge of 20% applies to returns after 30 days. Under no circumstances can we accept an item for return after 90 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for freight of returned orders. Returns shipped collect will not be accepted. We will automatically refuse all unauthorized returns from the carriers.

 

WARRANTY

The Rogue Solutions Group warrants products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of six (6) months from the original invoice date. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damages arisen from misuse. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The Rogue Solutions Group agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.
